PROCESSING PERMIT FOR FILMING AND SHOOTING ON LOCAL HERITAGE SITES IN THE CITY OF TAYABAS

Permit on Film Making is awarded to any production company, vloggers, students, or any interested party upon compliance with the requirements such as Request Letter, signed Permit Application Form, and submission of a copy of the official receipt of payment for filmmaking as embodied in City Ordinance No.22-55 (Local Code on Tourism) Base on Local Code on Tourism (Ordinance No. 22-55) Section 36 pg. 15 Fees: Commercial - P 2,000.00 per day Non-Commercial - P 200.00 per day Note: As per section 37 of the Local Code on Tourism (Ordinance 22-55) Exemption from payment of Filming and Shooting Fee: - On account of the promotional mileage that the production might offer such as Unang Hirit, Byahe ni Drew, Buhay Probinsya, Promotional Travel Vlogs and the likes. - Tayabasin Students making their projects. - Video Bloggers with less than five members of the group.

2. Discuss the places/ locations, date and purpose of the shoot.

2.1 Discuss the Local Code on Tourism (Ordinance 22-55) Section 36 pg. 15 for the fees to be collected. For the use of Heritage site/s, tell the client to secure first the Permit at the Tayabas Culture and the Arts Office (TCAO)

3. Secure the Permit at the Tayabas Culture and the Arts Office (TCAO) and submit it to the City Tourism Office.

3.1 Acknowledge the permit from the Tayabas Culture and the Arts Office (TCAO) and issue order of payment. If No fees to be collected, acknowledge all the requirements and release the permit.

4. Pay the fee/s at the City Treasurer’s Office, Photocopy the receipt, and submit the copy at the Office of the City Tourism Administration Section.

4.1 Acknowledge all the requirements and have the permit signed by the Supervising Tourism Operations Officer.
