ZONING ARCHIVES DATA INFORMATION REQUEST

The City Planning and Development Coordinator's Office's Zoning Section serves as the data repository of zoning decisions of the Zoning Administrator. The scanned archives of the client records for locational clearance, zoning compliance, and business clearance are now accessible. Any individual, business, or organization with legitimate purpose may request a document.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE
· Any legitimate ID or government-issued ID photocopy (if the applicant is the owner of the property) (1 Photocopy) Client/Citizen

2. Go to the Treasurer's Office, pay for the requested archive records, and then show the official receipt.

2.1 Prepare the archives request document and process the request.
