ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS ZONING CLEARANCE

As a prerequisite for obtaining a business permit, the Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator-Zoning Section is responsible for granting business zoning clearance to any individual or organization.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS WHERE TO SECURE

One (1) Photocopy each
       - Certificate of Land Ownership (Transfer Certificate Title, Original Certificate of Title)
       - Occupancy Permit (if applicable)
       - Contract of Lease and Latest Business Permit of the Lessor (if the applicant is under of lease of contract)
       - Letter of consent to use the property (if the applicant is not the owner of the property)
       - Other legal and supporting documents which may be required by law based on the nature of the business (e.g. Environmental Compliance Certificate, Traffic/Drainage Impact Assessment, etc.)

         · Barangay Business Clearance

         · Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or 

         Letter of Authorization (The owner's letter of authorization to process the business application)
