ISSUANCE OF HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR BUSINESSES (HEALTH CARD)

Ito ay ang proseso ng pagbibigay ng health certificate mula City Health Office Sanitation Section upang tiyakin na ang isang negosyo, tulad ng mga kainan, supermarket, o mga serbisyo na may kinalaman sa pagkain at kalusugan, ay sumusunod sa mga pamantayan ng kalinisan at kalusugan. Ang health card na ito ay nagpapatunay na ang negosyo ay ligtas at hindi makakapagdulot ng panganib sa kalusugan ng mga tao.
