ISSUANCE OF APPLICATION AND CERTIFICATE FOR DROPPING OF LINE

Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP) is a document granting franchise of license to a person, natural or juridical, allowing him/her to operate a tricycle-for-hire in the City of Tayabas.

3. Present the notarized application form and pay the corresponding dropping fees at CTO Window 7

3.1 Surrender the franchise plate. 
3.1 Accept/Check the submitted document and the tricycle franchise plate.

3.2 Accept the payment and issue the corresponding Official Receipt

4. Proceed to Window 1 of BPLO and present the dropping document and Official Receipt.

4.1 Receive the printed dropping certificate. 

4.1 Check for the completeness of the requirements and clearances.

4.2 Approve the dropping request in the computer system.

4.3 Encode and print the dropping certificate

4.4 Record in the log book and release the dropping certificate to the applicant

5. Proceed to Window 1 of City Treasurer’s Office to secure the signature of the TTFRB Chairman.

5.1 Received.

5.1 Accept the Application and bring the documents to the TTFRB Chairman for approval

5.2 Record and release the approved dropping certificate to the applicant.
