1. Submit all the documentary requirements for assessment at Window 1 of BPLO 

1.1 Read and check the printed application form, signed and proceed to Barangay Hall, Traffic Management Office and Notary Public.

2.1 Barangay Hall of your residency for Barangay Clearance

2.2 Tourism Office for schedule of Values Orientation and receive the stub.

2.3 Traffic Management Office for roadworthiness

3. Pay the applicable fees at the City Treasurer’s Office

3.2 Receive the corresponding O.R.

3.1. Check for the completeness of the documents


3.2. Accept payment and issue the corresponding Official Receipt as proof of payment.

4. Submit the application form, clearance/s, documentary requirements, and O.R. from City Treasurer's Office as proof of payment and present it at Window 1 of BPLO for checking and releasing of MTOP 

4.1 Accept and check the application for printing of Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permit (MTOP)


4.2 Approve the application in the system, take a photo of the applicant, and print the MOTP


Record in the logbook and release the MTOP to the applicant

5. Proceed to Window 1 of the City Treasurer’s Office and submit the issued MTOP for signature of the TTFRB

5.1. Accept the Application and bring the documents to the TTFRB Chairman for approval


5.2. Record and release the approved MTOP.

6. Bring the approved MTOP to nearest Land Transportation Office to renew the MTOP motor vehicle registration

 

7.1 Proceed to the City Treasurer's Office of Tayabas and present the LTO documents and Franchise Cert.

7.2 Claim the Tricycle Franchise sticker


7.3 Pay for the Fare Matrix and/ or Identification Card, if necessary

1. Accept the documents and check/verify

2. Issue the Tricycle Franchise Plate sticker


3. Accept payment for Tricycle Fare Matrix and Issue the corresponding Official Receipt
