The Cooperative Development Office supports formation, compliance, and growth of cooperatives. It provides orientations, pre‑registration seminars, and mentoring to emerging and existing coops. The office links cooperatives to training, livelihood programs, markets, and financing institutions.
By empowering leaders and members, it builds resilient, member‑owned enterprises. Partnerships expand opportunities and strengthen governance and accountability. The office advances inclusive, local economic development.
